RETURNS
Change-of-mind refunds within 60 days of the delivery date for online orders (item unused, original condition, proof of purchase); the customer pays return postage and original postage is non-refundable unless faulty. Excludes stationery, gift cards, calendars, diaries, sale items, CDs/DVDs and other listed categories. Returns are processed roughly 10 business days after Dymocks receives the parcel.
