We got sick of coupon sites, so we built a better one.

You know the drill. You’re at the checkout, you search for a code, and you land on a site that makes you click “reveal”, sit through a redirect, hand over your email, and then — half the time — the code doesn’t even work. It’s a waste of the one minute you had.

GetPromoCodes is our answer to that. We’re a small, independent team in Australia. We show the full code every time, with transparent automated-check timestamps when a retailer-source check is available and feedback from other Aussie shoppers. When there’s no working code, we say so plainly — and point you to the official offers that do save money — instead of padding the page with “might work” filler.

We built this for the way people really shop here: THE ICONIC and Uber Eats and Coles and Bunnings runs, EOFY and Click Frenzy, and the promo code your mate swears by. Automated checks are timestamped when available, and everything is free — no reveal step, no email wall, no fake countdown.

We make money through affiliate commissions, and we’re upfront that it never touches our rankings or our verification. That’s the whole deal. If we ever break that promise, we’d rather you leave.

When our daily source check confirms that a code or offer is still published on the retailer’s own site, its store-page card says “Listed by retailer” with the time of that check. Selected codes from approved sources may appear as “Unverified · may not work”, without a verification timestamp. We limit these to three per store and remove them after seven days without confirmation.

An automated source check is not presented as a cart test. We label only what was actually confirmed, rather than implying a person checked a code by hand.
