Codes are provided in good faith

Every code we publish gets checked and stamped with when and how — some by our automated runs across the catalogue, some by hand, and the code itself tells you which. But discounts change constantly and without notice. A code that worked an hour ago can be pulled by the retailer at any time. We can’t guarantee any code will work at your checkout.

Retailers control final validity

The retailer, not us, decides whether a code applies to your cart — including exclusions, minimum spends, regions and expiry. Their terms at checkout are the ones that count. If a code is rejected there, that’s the retailer’s call.

Community submissions

When you submit a code or referral offer, you confirm that:

  • it’s genuine and you’ve actually used it;
  • you’re allowed to share it (no leaking staff-only or single-use private codes);
  • we can publish, edit or remove it, and it stays in our queue — not on the site — until we’ve checked it.

Liability

We provide this site “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from a code that didn’t work, a price that changed, or a retailer’s decision. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.
