RETURNS
Each seller sets their own return/exchange policy on the listing page — not all sellers accept returns. If an order doesn't qualify for Etsy Purchase Protection, buyers must rely on the seller's stated policy. To open a case, start a Help request and give the seller 48 hours to respond before Etsy can step in; on-platform refunds are only available within 180 days of the transaction.
