RETURNS
Faulty goods can be returned at any time under Australian Consumer Law with proof of purchase (online tax invoice accepted in-store). Change-of-mind returns are free in-store; Spotlight does not cover return postage for mailed change-of-mind returns and the delivery fee is non-refundable. Made-to-measure curtains/blinds/tracks/shutters and Online Only orders are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
