RETURNS
Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase; items must be unworn, in new condition with swing tags and packaging attached. Full-price and promotional items get a full refund (online or in-store); sale items are exchange or store-credit only, not refundable. A $12.95 return fee is deducted from online refunds processed via the Refundid portal. In-store and Click & Collect purchases can only be returned or exchanged in a physical store, not by post.
